What makes women of different generational cohorts happy?
That which makes a Gen Y woman happy may not be what brings a Boomer lady joy, as needs and values differ across generations, says a study which examined what women want.
While nearly all women (94 percent) are happy with their lives and feel confident in their abilities to juggle multiple roles, only half of married or partnered women are satisfied with their sex lives and their household division of labor, says the Meredith Corp./NBC Universal survey.
